Founded in 2002, IESF is one of the most recognized executive search associations in the world. Currently, it is composed of 19 boutiques highly specialised in the executive search. Its mission is successfully delivering local executive talent through a global network of IESF partners.
Every year IESF partners gather in a chosen country around the globe to join forces and to bring new ideas, as well as to create tools that help to improve candidate assessment and offer a better service to customers anywhere in the world. This year, in September, IESF partners will attend the Annual Global Meeting which will be hosted in the city of Montreal, Canada.
