IESF is thrilled to announce that Bibi Boas Bondesen is the new IESF Country Manager for Denmark. Bibi is assuming this pivotal position to further elevate the standard of excellence IESF has set both in Denmark and on an international scale.
Bibi is also taking up the role of Director of Executive Search and Head of International at Ingvardsen Partners. She will be responsible for expanding IESF’s footprint in Denmark and collaborating on international projects. As of today, Bibi will serve as the primary contact for any IESF related queries in Denmark.
With a rich background in Executive Search, Business Development, Trade Support, and Client Services Management, Bibi brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has previously worked with Spencer Stuart and The Ashton Partnership in London and was also employed by Morgan Stanley, making her well-versed in both national and international markets.
Bibi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Her academic credentials, coupled with her extensive professional experience, make her exceptionally well-suited to lead IESF’s endeavors in Denmark and beyond.
By joining the IESF family, Bibi aims to deliver Executive Search in Denmark services across a wide range of industries, leaning on her vast network and experience. Her focus will be on sectors such as finance, manufacturing, technology, and renewable energy among others.
