Has more than 23 years of professional experience in recruiting and selecting middle, managerial and senior executives for domestic and international companies, as well as experience in developing new businesses and managing HR-related projects.
Has worked in KPMG, Transearch Mexico and Creo Services. In this last company as Office Manager and Partner of Mexico City.
During 9 years, developed her own practice of headhunting in GS Talent Search
Currently she is Partner for North Hunters in Mexico City.

Extensive experience in managing projects related to search processes: mapping, pre-selection, deep telephone interview, development of professional summaries, investigation of job references.
