The Future Alliance is an executive and direct search organization founded in 1992. With offices in Brussels (Avenue Louise), Antwerp (Louiza Marialei) and Ghent (Prinses Clementinalaan), we can maintain strong bonds with clients and candidates across the nation. In addition to executive search & assessment services, we organize recruitment and other HR services through outside providers. Our multidisciplinary team consists of 20 enthusiastic and motivated professionals from a variety of consulting and business backgrounds. We are active in a range of sectors including FMCG, ICT, land services. We have an experienced “Practice Leader” on board for each of these sectors.
We part of the IESF’s international search group and its exclusive partner for Belgium. IESF consists of various local members that form an international executive search and selection network. We have particularly high experience in such profiles as CEO (including the succession project), GM of Factory, Plant Manager, COO, Project Managers, Engineers, R&D Managers, Product Marketers and employees with support functions (HR, HSE, Q, supply chain) in industrial firms. Our industrial customers are multinationals (like NGK Ceramics—Japanese and GDF-Suez, Fabricom—French, Bilfinger Industrial Services (German), Saint-Gobain—Isover and midsize international companies (often privately owned, family businesses) such as Niko Group, Engicon Group, Hansen Transmissions Int’l, FN-Browning and Vergalle Group. We are delighted to announce you that the Future Alliance obtained Federgon Certified Membership on January 31, 2012. The Federation of HR Service Providers issued Certified Memberships to 38 companies in the recruitment, search and selection industry. This is a premium certification on top of the existing quality charter and builds on the service’s professionalism and excellence.
Following the abolition of recognition for the recruitment, search and selection sector, the industry focused on self-regulation. The new Certified Membership offers clear quality guarantees. The Future Alliance gives full support to this initiative. Research has been conducted by an independent agency, with clients and candidates involved in the process. “The fact Federgon awarded the Future Alliance a Certified Membership proves that our long term vision works in practice and is highly popular among customers and candidates alike,” said Patrick Meirlaen, Chief Executive Officer at the Future Alliance.
“The strength of our organization lies in its commitment to succeed with people—both clients and candidates. We find exceptional people for exceptional companies.
