How collaboration across borders drives growth, shared value, and stronger global partnerships
Cross-border collaboration continues to be one of the strongest drivers of growth within the IESF network. The latest results highlight how partners combine local expertise with global reach, creating shared value for clients and strengthening international relationships.
The results from 2022 through 2025 show a clear pattern of progress in international cooperation. Partners across the network are completing a diverse mix of roles, while also maintaining a strong pipeline heading into 2025. Currently, 60.4 percent of cross-border assignments are active and 39.6 percent completed, demonstrating steady inflow and consistent delivery.
Functionally, Sales and Business Development accounts for 33 percent of all cross-border assignments, followed by Technology and Engineering (16 percent) and HR (7 percent). Operations and Supply Chain also form a notable share at 11 percent, confirming that international hiring increasingly supports global expansion and operational growth.
In terms of seniority, 37 percent of placements are at Manager or Supervisor level, 33 percent at Director or VP level, and 7 percent at Executive level. This distribution shows that IESF supports clients internationally across the full leadership structure, not only at the top but throughout key operational layers.
Industry insights reflect a similarly broad spectrum. Financial Services leads with 20 percent, Medical Devices follows at 18 percent, and Industrial and Electrical roles represent 16 percent. Automotive, Private Equity and Building Materials each account for 9 percent, illustrating a stable and diversified cross border demand across sectors.
Geographically, collaboration remains dynamic. The most active assignor countries include Israel (22 percent), the Netherlands (18 percent) and Canada (18 percent). The USA (20 percent) and India (17 percent) are leading destinations for placed candidates, followed by China, France, Germany and Spain. These flows reflect a network that moves seamlessly across markets and leverages collective strengths.
One insight stands out across all results: when trust is strong, working across borders becomes as natural as working within one’s own market. This is the foundation of being partners without limits.
Looking ahead to 2026
As we move toward 2026, our goals are clear. We will continue to deepen knowledge sharing, strengthen collaboration, and deliver successful international assignments that reflect the value of a global network. Ensuring continued growth in cross-border activity remains a priority, supported by the positive momentum from 2022 to 2025. Together, we aim to safeguard and expand this success, proving once again that in IESF, borders never stand in the way of opportunity.
