Lorena, with studies carried out in the UK, Spain, Mexico and Colombia, has over 10 years of experience that includes recruitment and selection, market research and executive search for different kind of industries: retail, industry, IT, consumer goods, services, among others. She started in the headhunting industry at Stanton Chase, followed by Korn Ferry.
Since 2013, she co-founded and is leading Key Executives Headhunter, a retained executive search firm focused in middle and top-management positions that cover with its services over 12 cities in Colombia. She is Master in Human Resources from Eada Business School (Spain), MBA Exchange Student in the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), Professional in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Psychologist with minor in Clinical Psychology from Universidad del Norte (Colombia).
