Robert Kilpatrick has been an executive search professional since 1990 and has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded businesses, recruiting talent in engineering/construction, manufacturing, life sciences and aerospace and defence, across Europe and worldwide.
Prior to establishing Kilpatrick in 1999, Robert ran the regional office of one of the UK’s leading search and selection firms. Earlier in his career, he spent twelve years in human resource management. Starting at Cable and Wireless he then progressed to executive HR roles with Smiths—Medical Systems and the London Stock Exchange.
Robert studied Classics and Law at Trinity College, Oxford University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
