About IESF Russia
The first successful search of a top-manager for the well-known multinational corporation was performed by CONSORT Group consultants in 1993. By the time both our clients and competitors paid serious attention to who we are and what we do, we had successfully completed over 150 executive search assignments. Besides the searches in Moscow and St Petersburg, IESF Russia has conducted a number of complex regional and interregional projects. We are especially proud of those that produced management teams enabling our client companies to grow their market positions substantially. We also take pride in our unique expertise within highly specific market segments. Lately, a few Russian state-owned enterprises have begun seeking our services. These clients are interested in aligning their economic activities with modern requirements. We have assisted them by searching for highly-qualified top managers experienced in market economy. In 2005, to provide our clients with access to a worldwide pool of management talent and rare specialists, we joined the International Executive Search Federation (IESF)—the world’s largest network of independent retained search consultants (with 130 offices in 40 countries), as the exclusive IESF partner for Russia/CIS. Our Executive Search consultants’ professionalism is a great source of personal pride and I am personally involved in the more complex search projects.
