Master in Business Administration in EAE Business School.
Carlos began his career in mobile sales when the GSM system was being launched to Spain. After several years, he developed a new profession as a consultant and head office for different recruitment companies. For 5 years, he assumed Sales Management responsibility for digital business of a leading Media Group. He then became General Manager in an international retail start-up.
Carlos has been Associate Director of Headway Executive Search since 2013.
