Biography

Alessandra has accumulated comprehensive experience in the Executive Search industry, starting her career in 2005 within the Milan office of Boyden, as a researcher. She continued and grown as Senior Researcher and Consultant responsible for the Industrial and Construction sector.

Before joining Executive Hunters, she worked for Stanton Chase where she led projects in Executive Search as Senior Consultant mostly in Infrastructure and Construction, Oil&Gas and Chemicals and Manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Alessandra has conducted numerous assignments seeking for talented professionals having different levels of seniority from Middle management positions to Top Executives and Board directors roles in Italy and abroad.

Graduated in Law, before starting her career in head-hunting, she spent four years in a Criminal Law firm in her city, Turin.

Adelina Rosca

Biography

Adelina has a BA in Sociology and Psychology and a Master in Strategic Management of Human Resources. She is fluent in English and Romanian and passionate about head hunting and counselling.

The first step in her career was working as a Human Resource Inspector in a small company, followed by a period of a few years as a School Psychologist.

Obtaining a full time recruiting job in an international executive search company in 2006, Adelina specialized in head hunting for several years. In 2010, Adelina began fulfilling mission-critical roles in an international environment, combining HR knowledge with management expertise, running the business in Romania as a Country Manager, with specialization in Middle and Senior Management positions. Gertjan van de Groep

Biography

Gertjan Van de Groep (1970) is Managing Director at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn. He focuses on General, Commercial and Technical staff and management positions in Industry, Technology and Logistics.

Gertjan graduated in 1993 as a Bachelor of Engineering in Utrecht, then pursued a leadership development program at Nyenrode Business University. He started his career as a Production/Lean Engineer and later as a Management Trainee in Logistics. In 1997, he started as Consultant at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn, the company that his father Wim founded in 1979. Gertjan became Director in 2007. Robert Kilpatrick

Biography

Robert Kilpatrick has been an executive search professional since 1990 and has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded businesses, recruiting talent in engineering/construction, manufacturing, life sciences and aerospace and defence, across Europe and worldwide.

Prior to establishing Kilpatrick in 1999, Robert ran the regional office of one of the UK’s leading search and selection firms. Earlier in his career, he spent twelve years in human resource management. Starting at Cable and Wireless he then progressed to executive HR roles with Smiths—Medical Systems and the London Stock Exchange.

Biography

Victor has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the European University of Barcelona (Spain), a Master of Business Administration from the European University of Montreux (Switzerland). He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) ESADE of Wharton University and is fluent in

Biography

Taija Stoat is based in Helsinki and provides a full line of international recruitment services for IESF. She works with various industries and with a broad range of clients in the Industry and Media sectors.

Prior to joining PD Search, Taija lived in Ireland, working in recruitment and organizational development. She also held a long career in criminal psychology and particularly valued by her clients for a sharp eye in finding, evaluating and selecting candidates.

Michael Bogdanov

Biography

Michael Bogdanov held a number of academic and journalistic positions in Moscow and London, specializing in international affairs and foreign policy issues right following his graduation from St. Petersburg State University (Department of Linguistics). He holds a PhD in Modern Anglo-American Relations since 1988 and has been a member of the Russian Journalists’ Union since 1982.

In 1992, Michael founded BusinessLink-Moscow—one of the first Russian companies providing consulting services to foreign businesses entering the emerging Russian market. From 1996 the firm, then known as BLM-Consort, focused solely on personnel search and selection operations and eventually became one of the recognized national leaders in its field. In 2004, the growth of operations and diversification of business by professional levels, led to the creation of CONSORT Consulting Group. Michael Bogdanov is Chairman of its Board of Directors.

In 2005, CONSORT Consulting Group joined IESF (International Executive Search Federation) and Michael was appointed IESF Country Manager, Russia/CIS.

Michael Bogdanov was among the of the Association of Personnel Search Consultants (APSC) in 1996, covering over 100 firms across Russia/CIS. He was also elected Association President for five terms (1999-2002, 2003-2005). Since 2005, he has served as Senior Vice-President APSC and Chairman, Board of Experts.

Ewa Adamczyk

Biography

Ewa Adamczyk started working for NAJ International in 1994. As a Junior Consultant, she handled expert and managerial position projects for the FMCG, production, distribution and finance sectors. At the time, the company’s customers recruited were the big, multinational that had just started operating in Poland and were creating new structures. In the following years, she served as Business Development Manager and Client Director, before being promoted to the position of General Director in 2005. Ewa has always been connected to active customer acquisition and involved in execution of more and more demanding projects, including filling Management Boards. She holds the title of M.SC. Eng. in Food Science and graduated with an MBA from the Leon Koźminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management and Competency Management Studies at Warsaw University. Ewa also completed coaching training certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
