Alejandra has a Psychology Degree from UVM, a Certification in Innovative Processes and Diploma in Strategic Communication from ITESM. She started in the executive search industry, working with different HR Process as executive search, personnel management, training, assessments, diversity, inclusion and organizational development, to clients of different kind of industries: Financial, Consumer Goods, IT, Services, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Retail. Before Joining North Hunters, she was Operations Director led more than +1000 executive search processes. During 2014 to 2017 she was a member of Women’s Network to boost diversity and inclusion in the companies. In 2017, she started to Lead North Hunters as a Managing Partner a retained executive search firm based in Mexico City, focused in middle and top-management positions.
