Lorena, with studies carried out in the UK, Spain, Mexico and Colombia, has over 10 years of experience that includes recruitment and selection, market research and executive search for different kind of industries: retail, industry, IT, consumer goods, services, among others. She started in the headhunting industry at Stanton Chase, followed by Korn Ferry. Since 2013, she co-founded and is leading Key Executives Headhunter, a retained executive search firm focused in middle and top-management positions that cover with its services over 12 cities in Colombia. She is Master in Human Resources from Eada Business School (Spain), MBA Exchange Student in the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), Professional in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Psychologist with minor in Clinical Psychology from Universidad del Norte (Colombia).

Andréa de Paula Santos


Andréa has an HR Management degree and an MBA from FIA-USP. She started in the executive search industry at Spencer Stuart as  Head of Research and gained corporate experience as Human Resources Manager at Promon (large Brazilian technology company), leading projects in the various subsystems of HR.  From 2002 through 2007, Andréa was a partner with a Brazilian  executive search firm and managed multinational accounts and projects in several industries, including IT, telecom, consumer goods, among others. In  2007, she founded Ascend, a retained executive search firm based in São Paulo, Brazil, focused in middle and top-managment positions, as well as coordinators. Andréa has almost 2 decades of experience leading executive search projects for multinationals, dealing with clients at different stages of their operations: start-up, post-start-up, post-acquisiton or well-established businesses.

Normand Lebeau


Normand is President and Chief Guardian of the Mandrake experience. With over 15 years in the executive search field, Normand joined Mandrake in 1996 as the Managing Partner of Mandrake’s Montreal office.

Since that time, he has developed a multi-specialist executive search practice serving middle manager to senior exec levels in Quebec.
